If you want to save some money, you can fill these cartridges on their own.

1 Examine the cartridge to determine the amount of ink that is capable of holding. Most ink cartridges to provide this information on the label on the side of the cartridge. Insert the tip of the syringe into a bottle of ink and pull back the lever to fill the syringe with ink.
2 Make a small hole in the top of the cartridge, using the needle. There should be a designated area to fill the ink cartridge.
3 Insert the syringe into the cartridge and refill the ink cartridge.
4 Insert the cartridge into its designated slot on the printer. Run the cleaning cycle several times to complete the procedure.
