I love my 2200, and only printed an image with it about 2 weeks ago. But today, it will not print any file sent to it, from CS2 or any MS Office applications. It DOES print the nozzle check just fine - and all nozzles are clear. The ink is not low and neither is the paper (and... none of those LED's are on).
I tried reloading the driver - no joy there. The PC communicates with the printer just fine since it returns ink levels and responds to a nozzle check. But IT WILL NOT print any file sent to it. The printer status window "appears" normal. i.e. - it reports spooling and then printing - but nothing prints.
I even tried sending a file from a DIFFERENT PC with a DIFFERENT Cable just for drill. Same thing - no print.
Is my 2200 toast ?
How to remove ink cartridges when cage
My Epson C64 has the blinking red lights at both the ink drop and trash can.
The cartridge cage is stuck in the extremem right hand side. I can't budge it manually or pressing the buttons does not do anything.
I have no blinking idea how to move that cage so that I can remove the ink cartridges.
Just last week I installed all new ( refilled ) cartridges and I would like to remove them because I can use them in a Epson CX4600.
