There are two common issues for blank output. The first is just a clog. You can use a kit like this to clean the print head http://epsonresetter.co.cc and the second is a clogged ink purge tube read here for more info http://canonresetter.co.cc The page shows a few models but it really covers all durabrite ink printers.
